How does your web development process work?
Our process has five clear phases: Discovery (understanding your goals,
audience, and competition), Strategy & Planning (site architecture,
tech stack, and scope), Design (wireframes → visual design → your
approval), Development (clean, performant code), and Launch &
Handover (testing, deployment, and training). You stay informed and in control
at every step.
Will I be involved during the design and development process?
Absolutely. We schedule two structured review checkpoints — after design mockups and again
before launch — where your feedback directly shapes the project. We keep communication open
throughout via email, and you'll always have visibility into what's being built and why.
Do you sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement?
Yes. If your project involves sensitive business information, we are happy to sign a mutual
NDA before the discovery call. We take client confidentiality seriously and treat all
project details with strict discretion as a standard practice.
What do you need from me to get started?
To kick off, we typically need: your brand assets (logo, color palette if available),
content (text and images, or we'll advise you on what to gather), any references or
inspiration websites, and your goals and timeline. We'll provide a detailed onboarding
checklist after you sign the contract so nothing gets missed.
